Q: What type of events do you specialize in?
We specialize in performing arts events like dance recitals and cheer competitions, as well as corporate events, holiday subscriptions, and floral classes. Our goal is to make it easy (and fun!) to celebrate life’s big and small moments with flowers.
Q: Do you have a storefront and where are you located?
We’re based in Meridian, Idaho, and serve the greater Treasure Valley area — including Boise, Eagle, Nampa, and Caldwell. We do not have a storefront at the moment, rather we operate a mobile flower cart and bloom bar, which means we bring the flowers directly to your event or pop-up location. You can also order online for local delivery or pickup when available.

Q: How does your flower cart work at events?
We roll in with a fully stocked mobile flower cart so families and guests can purchase fresh bouquets right at the event. We also offer preorders, so flowers are ready and waiting for pickup when guests arrive.
Q: How far in advance do we need to book you?
For best availability, we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks before your event — especially during recital and holiday seasons.
Q: Is there a cost to host your cart?
There’s no cost to the host The Flower Cart at your dance recital or athletic competition! All we ask is for your partnership in getting the ordering instructions to your people. If you are a business wanting us to pop-up in your store please see the FAQ below on in store pop-ups.
